Your schedule also needs room for choosing the roast, approving the design, roasting, degassing, and packing the coffee.
We'll confirm the timing for your project before you commit.
For an anniversary, conference, holiday, or grand opening, start the conversation at least a month ahead when you can.

We can do either.
For ongoing orders, we can arrange scheduled fulfillment around an agreed annual, quartely, or monthly volume. Your total commitment starts at 25 pounds, and individual deliveries can be smaller than that. We roast and deliver in stages, so you're getting fresh batches throughout the timeline.
We'll work out batch sizes, delivery dates, and payment terms with you. You get a plan that fits how you actually use the coffee.

What if I need less than 25 pounds?

You can take delivery of less than 25 pounds at a time through a scheduled fulfillment agreement. Your total commitment still starts at 25 pounds; we spread it across agreed deliveries. Tell us how much you'll use and how often, and we'll work out a schedule with you.
Can I reorder the same roast?
Yes. Once we've found your roast, it becomes the starting point for future orders.
