The Challenge

Translate the event…into a coffee

The 232 Conference has been gathering young adults for years.
This year, they wanted something different. Something unexpected.

Not another giveaway or piece of merch. Something experiential.

The visuals told the story immediately:

  • heavenly tones

  • warmth and optimism

  • fresh energy

To match the conference aesthetic, we looked for coffees known for:

  • floral aromatics

  • fruit-forward brightness

  • layered sweetness

  • elegant complexity

But one origin just wasn’t enough. We’re insatiable.

We roasted three distinct Ethiopian expressions, each crafted to interpret the conference vibe in a different way.

Why? We love a good MSTRY.

The MSTRY Tasting Experience

We gave ‘em three options.

Roast One: Slightly darker — chocolate with faint strawberry.

Roast Two: Balanced, vibrant, smooth — citrusy, naturally sweet.

Roast Three: Light, expressive — floral, tea-like, fruit-forward.

A balanced and vibrant cup showcasing Ethiopian Guji’s natural sweetness.

This high-altitude specialty grade coffee has notes of milk chocolate, berries, honey, and light citrus (orange zest) that create a smooth, approachable profile with just the right amount of brightness.
